The ZETA Addressable Input Units (ZIU) is used to interface external equipment which has a volt free Normally Open relay output to any Zeta Analogue Addressable fire alarm system. The Input is monitored with a 47K end of line resistor.
The Unit has a built in loop short circuit isolator to help keep the unit operational in the event of a problem on the addressable loop wiring.
It has 3 indication LEDs on the front of the unit. One of ALARM , One for Local Fault and one for Addressable Loop Fault (Isolator Active)
