About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Furkan Engineering , you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Furkan Engineering supports all international customers on their customs process.

Payment and VAT

Payment may be in USD or offered in an alternative currency ( TRY , EUR , GBP). Customers buying products for delivery to a Turkey address will be charged VAT (KDV %8 to %18) , however if you are having Products delivered direct to a shipping agent in Turkey but for immediate export outside of Turkey VAT (KDV %8 to %18) will not be charged. You must contact our export department before placing an order about incoterms.

International Delivery

Deliveries can take from 3 working days to 6 weeks according to your order quantity and products (excluding weekends and bank holidays) Please advice your customer representative for exact lead time and delivery options.
