Overview
The LOREX LR-2100 series is a 4-wire photoelectric smoke detector designed to provide dependable early warning for both fast-flaming and slow smoldering fire scenarios. Its optical smoke chamber is designed to detect smoke particles reliably while maintaining stable detection performance over time.
The LR-2100-R12 version operates with 12V DC and the LR-2100-R24 version operates with 24V DC. Both versions include a built-in sounder and an integrated relay output. The relay can be configured as NO or NC via jumper, making the detector suitable for a wide range of fire alarm, security alarm and automation applications.
Thanks to its relay output, the LR-2100 can send an alarm signal to external systems. This makes it suitable not only for standalone local warning but also for integration with compatible alarm panels, warning beacons, external sirens, access control logic, elevator control, ventilation shutdown or other low-voltage alarm control circuits.
