Crystal Reader is a passive RFID (Radio
Frequency Identification) reader for use with the
Progeny
P4
systems. The proximity credential is
encoded with an
encrypted
identification number.
This number is transmitted when prese
nted to the
Dark
Crystal reader. The reader then passes this
number on to the control equipment for an access
control decision.
- The mullion reader is designed for app
lications
when space is limited or were extra weather
resistance is required
