C-TEC NC944 4 Zone Call Controller

Overview

The C-TEC NC944 is an attractively designed four zone call controller created for use with C-TEC’s 800 Series call system components. It provides clear zonal indication, local mute and reset control, and a straightforward way to build compact assistance call systems in accessible building applications.

Fully compatible with a wide range of C-TEC devices such as pull cords, pressure pads, reset points and call points, the NC944 is suitable for disabled toilet alarm systems and similar emergency assistance applications where dependable local indication is required.

The unit is capable of distinguishing between standard and emergency calls using different audible patterns and LED indications. It requires a separate NC930 12V 250mA PSU and can be used either as a four zone controller or as part of a small multi-zone system where up to two NC944s are connected to one NC930 power supply to provide up to eight zones.

System Summary

The NC944 offers a practical solution for projects requiring compact four zone assistance call indication. Its compatibility with the C-TEC 800 Series, clear zoning LEDs, audible call differentiation and output flexibility make it suitable for a wide range of accessible and emergency call applications.

For larger installations, two NC944 units can be combined on a single NC930 PSU to provide a mini-call system of up to eight zones, making it a flexible option for small to medium scale projects.
